Time in the New Year is precious, so in response to calls from people requesting day tickets, we are selling Friday-only packages for those tight on time.

He is passionate about communicating plant science to new audiences and in 2015, The Sunday Times listed him as one of the Top 20 most influential people in horticulture.

Eve Turow Paul will be talking about changing food values and how farmers and supply chains can adapt to embrace the trends of the millennial generation. Mrs Paul has recently published a book, A Taste of Generation Yum, on how the millennial generation’s attitude will make or break the future of food. The demands of this generation will require both farmers and supply chains to adapt. This is the Frank Parkinson Lecture.
