Suggested #OFC19 Dress Code
Smart Casual is encouraged throughout the conference. Those attending the TAP Social event on Wednesday 2 Jan may wear casual attire. Many delegates may feel more appropriately dressed in business attire, especially for the main conference sessions and formal dinners.
Please note: HRH The Princess Royal is due to attend the conference on Thursday afternoon (3 Jan). Anyone who may be meeting Her Royal Highness should wear smart business attire.
Suggested business attire: Gentlemen – typically a suit and tie; Ladies – a tailored dress, skirt or trousers with a blouse and jacket.
Suggested smart casual attire: Gentlemen – smart trousers (not jeans), typically an open-collar shirt, and optional seasonal sports coat. A tie is optional; Ladies – a skirt or trousers with a blouse or simple sweater, or an informal dress is appropriate attire.

Please note: Colleges will take payment by credit card at the time of booking. Hotels will take a credit card number for guarantee purposes only, with payment made on departure from the hotel.
The Oxford Farming Conference is committed to offering excellent customer service. We provide a cancellation and refund procedure for online purchasing of event tickets
Cancellation 21 Days or More Before the Event - Having completed an online ticket purchase you have the right to cancel your transaction and receive a refund of sums paid minus an administration fee of 20% if your cancellation notification is received at least 21 days before the event start date.
Late Cancellations - For cancellations made within 21 days of the event start date sums paid for your ticket(s) will only be refunded if the ticket(s) can be resold. Refunds of sums paid for extras (dinners etc.) will be made only to the extent that any such extras can be resold. An administration fee of 20% of the price will be applied before refunds are made.

Cancellations After the Event - Under no circumstances will cancellation requests be considered after the event date due to non-attendance.
The Oxford Farming Conference will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 working days. If the terms of the cancellation policy are met, The Oxford Farming Conference will confirm the details of any refund made to the purchaser via email on the date the refund is agreed. The Oxford Farming Conference will then process the refund via the original method of payment within 5 working days of that date.
Delegate substitutions can be made up until 14th December at no extra charge. Any substitution after 14th December will be subject to a 20% administration charge.
